What's My Level?
  • Beginners

    Perfect for those new to Reformer Pilates. This is a safe space for you to get started, explore the equipment and slower- paced exercises, with a focus on the fundamental principles of pilates.  Become comfortable with the reformer bed and exercises.  

  • Intermediate

    For those confident on the Reformer, this dynamic class works on strength, flexibility and endurance. Expect the class to be a bit more pacey and challenging for a full body workout.


  • All Levels

    If you're comfortable on a reformer and ready for new exercises our all levels classes are for you.

    This class will give you a full body workout to build strength, flexibility, improve tone and posture.

    This class will have layers and options to best suit what you need from your practice that day. So you can choose to spice it up or keep to the basics.
